Living Spaces

Enjoy a bright and open-plan living space upstairs (yes, you read that right!) featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with a smart TV for easy viewing, and a flexible dining area that comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Most importantly, enjoy your uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean's Lough Swilly through 3 large windows in the living space.

Bedrooms

This three-bedroom property provides comfortable accommodation. Upstairs boasts a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room (separate toilet and sink). Downstairs, a spacious hallway connects a double bedroom and a twin bedroom to a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bath. Note: Baby/Toddler arrangements can be made with a travel cot & high chair.

Outdoor Spaces

The back door opens to a secluded, walled courtyard, your private oasis with a garden shed (including a tumble dryer) and comfortable patio furniture. A secure side gate provides convenient storage for bikes, kayaks, and SUPs. Unwind in the evening sun in this tranquil space. Just a 30-second stroll away lies a private beach, perfect for a refreshing open water swim.
